After some of its staff went on strike on Friday, Kenyan Airways, one of Africa's largest airlines - has struck back - by dismissing the striking workers.
Negotiations have continued, in an attempt to resolve the dispute, with staff demanding salary increases of up to 130 percent.
Meanwhile, as the BBC's Wanyama wa Chebusiri discovered at Nairobi's international airport, flight delays and cancellations caused by the strike have been leaving passengers very frustrated.
