In Kenya, a meeting aimed at kick starting the country's electoral reform process is expected to begin today.
Kenya is still soul searching eighteen months after a disputed election led to bloodshed, claiming more than a thousand lives.
A commission set up to investigate the disputed polls recommended a complete overhaul of the electoral system.
So what exactly is wrong with the current system?
