U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in Nigeria and has been meeting with the foreign minister Ojo Maduekwe in the capital Abuja.

Mrs Clinton arrived last night on the fifth leg of her seven nation Africa tour.

High on the secretary of state's agenda has been to promote good governance and transparency.
