After a few days in South Africa, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton today arrives in Angola on the third leg of her seven-country tour of Africa.

She is due to meet President Jose Eduardo dos Santos - a meeting few people would have anticipated back when President dos Santos led the Marxist MPLA during the long civil war against Washington-backed UNITA rebels.
