A day after Kenya decided that it would deal with perpetrators of last year's post-election violence locally, there is confusion regarding the exact meaning of a statement read by President Mwai Kibaki, after chairing a day-long cabinet meeting.
President Kibaki's remarks have elicited various interpretations.
Our reporter in Nairobi, Anne Waithera, met up with George Nyamweya, a member of the parliamentary committee on administration of justice and legal affairs, and asked him to clarify the cabinet decision.
