Lawyers for the former DR Congo vice president Jean-Pierre Bemba have been mulling over Monday's ruling by the International Criminal Court to bring the former warlord to trial.
Mr Bemba will face five charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity for atrocities allegedly committed by his militiamen in the Central African Republic between 2002 and 2003.
But a pre-trial panel said prosecutors had insufficient evidence to support charges of torture.
Bemba's defence argues that his men who were in CAR to support the then president, Ange Felix Patasse, were not under his command at the time.
Christophe Pons asked one of the lawyers on Mr Bemba's defence team, Aime Kilolo, for his reaction to the charges.
