Doctors in Zambia have called off a national strike which shut down major hospitals and left several people dead.

The doctors were demanding higher pay and better facilities in public hospitals and clinics.

Our reporter in Lusaka is Musonda Chibamba and she talked to Hassan Arouni from the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka.
