Rwanda, which joined the East African Community (EAC) two years ago, delivers its budget for the first time along with the original three EAC nations.

The small, landlocked Great Lakes country is not in the same development league as the bigger EAC countries.

So, what is the budget focus in Rwanda? The BBC's Geoffrey Mutagoma spoke with James Musoni, Rwanda's minister for finance and economic planning.

He began by asking how much coordination goes on with other East African finance ministers.
