A former Liberian aid manager with the Christian humanitarian organization, World Vision, is being held in the United States accused of stealing more than $1 million worth of U.S. aid.
The aid was meant to help locals fight hunger and find shelter after Liberia's war ended.
So what is the extent of the fraud and what is being done by World vision to prevent similar scams?
