Sweden and the Netherlands have announced a freeze in funding to Zambia's ministry of health after a scandal involving the theft of millions of US dollars.

Zambia's health sector is heavily dependent on donor funding and the announcement by the two countries will be a blow.

The BBC's Musonda Chibamba reports from Lusaka.
