Residents on the outskirts of Tanzania's commercial capital, Dar es Salaam, who witnessed last week's explosion at a military ammunition depot are complaining that the aid reaching the area is partisan.
They are not happy with the green and yellow attire of aid workers, it seems they match the colours of Tanzania's ruling Chama Cha Mapenduzi party.
