Ghana's President Atta-Mills is on a three day visit to the United Kingdom.

The World Today's Komla Dumor asked Professor Mills if he feels that the African Union has turned a blind eye to the situation in Darfur in the light of its refusal to enforce an International Criminal Court arrest warrant against Sudanese President Omar el-Bashir.
