The World Health Organisation is frantically looking for a solution to the swine flu epidemic.
The virus has claimed over a hundred lives in Mexico where it was first detected and has spread to the United States. There have been no known cases in Africa as yet but given the poor medical infrastructure in most parts of the continent, there are fears that it could have a devastating effect should it reach the continent. So what exactly is swine flu? Peter Okwoche put the question to Dr. Ola Soyinka - the Health Promotion Officer for World Health Organisation in Nigeria.
