First ladies from across the continent meet in the American city of Los Angeles today, for a conference on maternal health, girls education and HIV and Aids.

Sierra Leone's First Lady Mrs Sia Nyama Koroma is taking part, on the line to LA Peter Ndoro asked her what areas of health are particularly important to her.
