What an absolute gem Lark Rise To Candleford is. You get these gems that come a long and just captivates you, warms the heart. The cast seem so perfect for the roles, the lighting, just the feel is just right. The music I find is just exactly right with whatever scene, situation comes along and with that your totally immersed. Brilliant ! Sundays aren't the same anymore....bah ! Will have to get it all on DVD.

Patricia

Larkrise to Candelford is probally the cleaverest written, best played, best produced programme accross all television channels at this present time. It is so enjoyable to sit down on a Sunday evening and be drawn in to the lives of the characters in Larkrise and Candleford in this beautiful period drama. All aspects of the production are so impressive and brought together perfectly by a group of highly talented actors protraying each unique charecter in the most enteraining way. Please keep producing English drama programmes. There is so much reality rubbish on television today programmes like Larkrise to Candleford have become luxury viewing.

I absolutely love Larkrise to Candleford. In our fast pace of life it's so great to escape for a while and watch all the characters and values which seem to be vanishing from our society. It would be great to be able to visit the set. Maybe food for thought.

Keith Manning
It is without doubt the most heartwarming and endearing TV show on our screens at the moment, if not for a long time! I love it,s simplicity, as hard as those times were, they show the love of people.

Carol Sargent

How come there are no children as main parts in Larkrise. More people would enjoy it if the children got the chance to tslk.
