Olympic Boxing Hope

Wearside's Tony Jeffries has been in training with an eye on the Beijing Olympics.

Sunderland's Tony Jeffries, already on the GB boxing team, has been in training with an eye on the Beijing Olympics.

Along with Sedgefield's Bradley Saunders, the light heavyweight's one of a new generation of fighters hungry for success.

Jeffries just missed out on a medal at the Commonwealth Games, but now he's hoping to repay the faith the people of Wearside have shown in him.

BBC Radio Newcastle's Simon Pryde caught up with Tony and asked about his hopes for the future:
