Raise Your Game: How do you stay motivated when you've won everything there is to win?
Kerron Clement: I'm only 23 years of age. I've got a lot more years to go in the sport so I've just got to stay healthy, focus on myself and enjoy life.
RYG: What does it take to be the best in the World?
KC: You have to stay consistent and focused. It's easy to get caught up with everybody else around you in the race. All you need to do is focus on yourself.
RYG: How do you handle the pressure of going into a World Championship final as the favourite to win?
KC: The pressure was definitely on me because I've got the gold bib and I'm the defending champion (laughs). I just try to relax and stay focused on myself.
RYG: What advice would you give to young people looking to follow in your footsteps?
KC: Never give up on your dreams, keep believing in yourself and don't let anybody discourage you. You just need to know that you can do whatever you set your mind to.
