Get inspired and go for it!
The Olympics is the ultimate competition. There's huge pressure on you. Champions need to be able to cope with pressure.
Athletes work very hard indeed. To succeed, it's all about dedication and hard work.
I was inspired by seeing Mark Spitz in the '72 Olympics. I saw what he achieved. It involves a tremendous number of people into getting that kind of performance. I had a lot of really good help. But, at the end of the day, it's down to you. You stand at the blocks and perform. You have to do it.
My advice is 'Go for it!' The sense of achievement is great. You learn what hard work is all about. It's a great lesson for life.
