Raise Your Game: What's the best thing that Allen brings to the sport?
Colin Jackson: I think he brings commitment. I think he shows the ability of being a true champion. You've got to be gracious in defeat to be a true champion and he's done that. He's won a lot, but when he's lost, he's been always gracious to the opposition. You've never felt a sense of 'Allen's there, and he's going to concentrate on intimidating you.' You sense Allen's there concentrating on what he's going to deliver.
Allen Johnson: I'm too small to intimidate him!
CJ: But his performances are way too big! That's the reason why you think to yourself, 'Here's Allen Johnson - he knows what he's going to deliver!' He's a skilful hurdler, a skilful person - you've just got to leave it there.
RYG: And what does Colin Jackson bring to the sport?
AJ: Everything. Excellence - and commitment. He's a great champion and even when he's lost he's been gracious as well. I mean, I was chasing this guy for years and years and years, and really he inspired me a lot.
I want to be able to do the same things that he did. Still, to this day, I try to accomplish some of the things that he accomplished as far as running the fast times over and over again and being consistent.
CJ: He hasn't done too bad. He's going down the way taking all my records, which is great to see.
