Work experience has hit the headlines after a number of big firms pulled out of official schemes - critics say it's exploitative labour; supporters say it's a great way of getting a job. Both sides have their say.

The steel maker Tata's offering five thousand Welsh workers the chance to take extra leave on half the salary - one reason is a fall in demand. We'll find out what's happening in other steel plants across Europe.

We delve into the archives and find out that while the decades may come and go not much really changes in business and why it's so important to keep your business records.
