Wales at Work, Thursday February 9th, 7 PM

Apprenticeships are hailed as the route to prosperity and employment - but how easy is it to set up your own scheme for new trainees? We'll hear how the West Wales energy industry plans to take on some bright new talent.

And proving you don't need to be straight out of school to learn a new skill - we speak to the woman from Connah's Quay who's an apprentice electrician - fairly late in life.

We chat to a man who's using social media to help himself and others to get back into work.

And our business of the week is Machynlleth based renewable energy company Dulas, which celebrates it's 30th anniversary this year.
