Autumn Statement reaction, Ed Balls and pubs.

Huw Thomas and guests discuss the latest issues in the business world in Wales.

Last updated: 01 December 2011

Wales at Work, Thursday December 1st, 7 PM

The Chancellor George Osborne delivered his Autumn Statement this week, and dramatically downgraded Britain's prospects for growth. Tonight we'll hear from his opposite number - Ed Balls - and get the thoughts of a leading economist.

We also hear from the unions in the week which saw the biggest single day of industrial action for thirty years.

Also on the programme we hear about the hangover from plans to reform the way Britain's pubs are run. We discuss why not everyone's pleased with what's on the menu.
