Breaking down the city walls - on tonight's programme we'll hear why whole regions should focus on their nearest cities to find greater economic prosperity.

Online criminals are targeting individuals and global corporations. We'll hear about the efforts being made in Wales to keep businesses secure.

The Engineering and Employment Federation Cymru - the organisation that represents manufacturers in Wales - has held its "future manufacturer" awards in Flintshire. We meet some of the winning apprentices and discuss why it's so important to celebrate our young manufacturers.

And our business of the week has won awards for every one of it's products. It's Llanon based Ty Nant water.
