Private sector - fit or failing?

Public sector cuts and possible tax rises may be making the headlines, but can the private sector lead the recovery in Wales? Is it up to the job, or does it need a radical overhaul to make it fit for purpose?

Is the private sector doing enough to lead Wales forward and into recovery? Do we need to be better at encouraging entrepreneurs and growth - and do we need a 'business champion', someone with the ear of government who can lobby on the private sector's behalf? Should the private sector in Wales work better together to improve their own operating environment and push for a more balanced economy?
