Big Interview - Richard Kirk

Richard Kirk has been the force behind two of Wales most successful retailers - Peacocks and Iceland.

The move from fishfingers to fashion was a big one, but Kirk has transformed South Wales based retailer once famed for selling big knickers to ladies of a certain age.

With more than 550 stores in the UK, Peacocks has become height of fashion on the High Street and is even opening shops abroad - from Malta to Moscow.

In a special Wales@Work Nick Servini chats to the Chesterfield born millionaire about the secret of his success, his love of retail and his commitment to Wales.
