Go to a job centre and one sector where you'll find plenty of opportunities is the care sector.

In Wales there are more pensioners than anywhere else in the UK and with an ageing population it's not hard to see that providing care for the elderly is something that will become increasingly important.

The care sector represents six per cent of the Welsh workforce, but it is a sector that is finding itself under increasing pressure from increasing legislation.

And many home owners complain fees from local authorities aren't covering costs.

But the sector is also vital for our ageing population - the number of over 85s is expected to double over the next 20 years.

So what's it like to work in a care home and what does the future hold for the industry?
