This week, presenter Nick Servini chats to Henry Engelhardt, the American chief executive of Cardiff-based Admiral Insurance - the only FTSE 100 company with a headquarters in Wales.

Nick hears how the Admiral empire became a multi-million pound business and discovers what makes him tick and where he sees the company going in the future.
