Customer Service

We've all been there - a cold meal, a rude shop assistant or waiting ages to speak to someone at a call centre.

Customer service matters - and in a recession it matters even more according to some experts, as people are pickier about how they spend their hard-earned cash.

A national customer satisfaction survey published today revealed utility companies, mobile phone networks and airlines made people's blood boil the most.

Tonight on Wales@Work we ask are Welsh companies putting the customer first?
