Another chance to hear Business Doctor Paul Thomas with staff at a lingerie factory.

While many clothing firms are moving abroad AJM Sewing in New Tredegar is carrying on a proud tradition of lingerie-making in the area.

Owner James Meller's had no management training and says he could do with help to grow the company and make it sustainable - especially in today's climate.

Is he prepared for what the Business Doctor will suggest? And what will his staff make of Paul's view that they don't need managers?
