On the face of it Welsh rugby has never looked better - the national side is going for a consecutive Grand Slam and filling the Millennium Stadium is not a problem.
But away from the pitch it's a different story, many clubs are struggling to make ends meet and even the regions aren't breaking even.
It's not just poor crowds that's the problem.
Rugby clubs are not the social centre they once were and clubhouses which were once a moneyspinner are another drain on resources.
The credit crunch is putting pressure on cash-strapped sponsors too.
So how can clubs attract more support? Is the game being marketed the right way?
