'Green' business.

The Chancellor Alistair Darling has set out the Westminster Government's stall on green issues. It wants us to recycle more, become carbon neutral - and consider what we pack our shopping in.

So it seems renewable energy and sustainable living are the future. Here the Welsh Assembly Government has set targets aimed at making Wales a net exporter of electricity by 2028 - but is that possible?

We already have a good track record of successful businesses taking advantage of this burgeoning industry. But is enough being done to encourage more companies to go down this route?

Are our emission and waste targets in Wales too low?

And is there anything we can do to replace the heavy manufacturing that is closing down in Wales with new solar or wind power manufacturing?
