The Big Interview - Simon Nixon

He's a college dropout who spotted a gap in the mortgage market. Now Simon Nixon runs Moneysupermarket.com -- Britain's biggest financial comparison website. And he does it from his base in Flintshire, where more than six hundred people work.

The company floated six months ago, personally netting him over £100 million. But since then the share price has failed to live up to expectations amid concerns about the future of the British economy.

In a special Wales@work, we find out from Simon Nixon how he started out, how he keeps his company in pole position and what he's learnt along the way.
