Michael Moritz
He's a former Cardiff schoolboy who made his fortune as a venture capitalist in Silicon Valley and played a part in bringing the world some of the biggest names in technology.
A partner in Sequoia Capital, Michael Moritz has invested in companies including Google, Yahoo! and PayPal. His company describes itself as "the entrepreneurs behind the entrepreneurs", and says "underdogs are our favourite kind of people".
In this year's Sunday Times Rich List, Moritz was ranked the fourth wealthiest in Wales, with £558 million to his name.
