Laughter in the workplace

Do you think laughter really is the best medicine?

Laughter is believed to be a stress buster which may strengthen your immune system and even have an effect on the ageing process, pain control and high blood pressure.

It provides a powerful outlet for a lot of emotions such as anger, frustration and fear. It's also believed to help you build co-operation and increase productivity in business.

Do you agree with that? Do you laugh at work? And when you do, does it make you feel better and more productive? Or does it distract you from your to-do list?

Join Sarah Dickins and guests as they look at laughter in the workplace and how different professions use it to cope with their stress.

Tuesday 13 March at 6.03pm (repeated Sunday 18 March at 7.03am) on BBC Radio Wales.
