The Radioactive Clean Up
Back for a new series, this week Sarah Dickins takes us on a special visit to Trawsfynydd Nuclear power station in Snowdonia.
The vast 1960s Magnox station is being decommissioned - and is the only nuclear site in the UK to be recovering radioactive waste as part of this process.
Sarah's been given access to the heart of the reactor buildings and finds out first hand what working there involves, and how they keep over 500 workers and the public safe from radiation.
Next week Wales@work will be discussing what should be done with the UK's nuclear waste - and whether the government's plan for a central repository, at a location to be decided, is the best, and safest option.
Hear the programme on the website, or you can hear it on Radio Wales at 7am on Sunday 21 January.
So email us all this week: What do you think should be done with our nuclear waste - where should it be put, and how can it be made safe?
Let us know what you think, and email work@bbc.co.uk or call us on 029 2032 3674. We'll try to get your views on the air.
