On Friday 25 June, Louise Elliott took the morning show behind the scenes at the base camp in Sennelager, Germany, talking to members of the Queen's Dragoon Guards, who recruit heavily in Wales. She found out about life in barracks, how their wives and children cope with living away from home and discovered why it is so important to celebrate the bravery of our troops.
