Water White Paper

It's almost fifty years since the North Wales community of Capel Celyn was drowned beneath a reservoir supplying the water needs of Liverpool. Half a century on, the Tryweryn Reservoir and others right across Wales are full to the brim while other parts of the United Kingdom are officially in drought. As the Westminster government seeks solutions to dwindling supplies and droughts in areas of England, what may be in the pipeline for water-rich Wales? Presented by John Stevenson.
