Last updated: 07 August 2011

Country Focus - Sunday 7th August at 0700; presented by Pauline Smith and repeated Monday 8th August 0530

For the past 10 years the marine charity Seawatch has organised a National Whale and Dolphin watch - a chance for people to observe some of the UK's 28 species of Whales, Dolphins and harbour porpoises. Whatever you spot help scientist's knowledge and understanding of our sea mammals. Pauline Smith joins a team of researchers working in Cardigan Bay studying the Bottle Nose Dolphin.

Don't forget to record your sightings
