It's been a controversial issue in England where campaigners have been fearing the selling off of forests and woodlands but here in Wales this week the Rural Affair Affairs Minister, Elin Jones ordered the Forestry Commission to take a more commercial approach to managing Wales' woodlands. A decision cautiously welcomed by the Woodland Trust in Wales.
Welsh Farmers are being encouraged to diversify into on-farm composting. Wrap Cymru - the Waste and Resources Action Programme in Wales - says the market for compost is growing and they're promoting it as an alternative to chemical fertilisers.
