Finding ways of coping with the demands of country life is vital to protect the mental health of people living in rural ares. According to health professionals a new scheme in Carmarthenshire isalready reporting an 85% success rate in reducing stress levels for sufferers.

Mushrooming out - the gardening project in Wrexham that provides training for people with learning disabilities enters the commercial world. Commuters on the London bound trains are enjoying the mushrooms being grown at the Erlas Victorian Walled garden.

It's the right time of year to go hunting for the caterpillars of the Marsh Fritillary. Our community reporter Huw Jenkins joins the count.

According to ancient myth the last dragon to live in Wales was eventually killed in Newcastle Emlyn. Centuries later and a new local arts project is carving out a giant, sculpted oak seat upon which storytellers can sit and relate thier tales of fiery welsh Dragons.
