Pubs across Wales are shutting down - meaning our favourite local is often becoming a thing of the past. And yet in rural parts of Wales the pub often serve as "hubs" of the community. ThePub is the Hub programme is an initiative which encourages pub owners, licenses and local communities to work together to help support, retain and improve access to basic rural services. With the help of Cadwyn Clwyd this is being rolled out in Denbighshire for the first time in Wales. And it's not just in that county - Racheal James is on a pub crawl looking at the allotments at "The Eagle Hotel" in Corwen, to the community pub of "The Raven" in Llanarmon-yn-Ial, Flintshire ending up exchanging vegetables in "The Old Stag" in Llangernyw near Abergele.
