Foot and Mouth 10 years on

It's 10 years since Foot and Mouth disease struck the Welsh countryside with devastating consequences. 118 cases were confirmed in Wales between February and August 2001, Hundred hundreds of thousands of animals were culled in a crisis which cost 100 million pounds for the Welsh Assembly.

Country focus is at Upper Farm near Brecon - the home of Brian and Eileen Williams, farmers who lost their herd during the crisis. Rachael Garside looks back at that time and is joined round their farmhouse table by Reverand Ian Charlesworth, Colin Evans who runs the Cantref venture farm and riding centre in the Brecon Beacons and a "retired" vet from Usk, Graham Smith.
