But how many of us these days find time to bake our own ..and indeed how many of us even have the skills needed? Now a farm in Carmarthenshire is offering the chance to learn about bread making and the flour that goes into it. Simon and Liz Hedges are offering a tourist attraction with a difference. Having moved here from Gloucestershire, Simon, who is a fourth generation miller took over Bryngwenyn farm and built a flourmill. Now they offer a range of craft flours and bread courses...amongst many other ventures!
