Country Focus - Sunday 7th March at 07.30am presented by Melanie Doel

Chefs regularly show off their skills and compete against one another in an effort to improve their talents and Country focus this week is at the Welsh International culinary championships, held recently in Llandrillo College, Rhos on Sea. Celtic pride is at stake as Wales take on Ireland and Scotland in the Battle for the Dragon. It's also heating up in the kitchen for four chefs competing for the title of National Chef of Wales.
