Country Focus update for Nov 2nd 2008.

Looking at the Night sky

We're out stargazing looking for clusters, planets and at the moon.

Country Focus - Sunday 2nd November at 07.30am presented by Mel Doel.

It's a cold, crisp, dark night in the Craig y Nos Country Park in the Brecon Beacons. Mel Doel is out star gazing - despite the clouds in the sky! In the company of the Swansea Astronomical Society we find out what's in the skies above at this time of year.

They're gearing up for 2009 being the International Year of Astronomy - with lots of events in the offing - a chance to get out and appreciate the wider environment.
