Is it a holiday or just hard work?

Country Focus - Sunday 3rd August at 7.30am, presented by Chris Dearden.

For some people the idea of a holiday is to relax on a sandy beach with as little to do as possible. But that's for everybody - thousands of people every year decide to volunteer to work on their holidays! For the past forty years the National Trust has been offering vacations across the country at their properties, provided you do a bit of voluntary work. It can be anything from clearing bracken or rhododendrons, dry stone walling, planting trees or survey work. You don't need to experienced, and age is not limit - you just have to be keen to spend sometime in beautiful locations, helping out. Chris Dearden meets the people volunteering to build Yurts in Snowdonia.
