For more information on courses contact Catherine Tryfona on 01443 483232 or email ctryfona@glam.ac.uk.
Castlemartin Range in Pembrokeshire is one of the busiest military firing sites in Europe but its 6,000 acres is also home to rare birds, butterflies and important sites of archaeology. We discover just how the harmonious relationship between the army and nature works.
We go in search of the Pine Marten - they once thrived in Britain, but are now sadly, a rare species. So rare, in fact, that in Wales it's become evident that the animal exists in Snowdonia but finding them is altogether another matter. This weekend the search is on for Pine Marten evidence.
And nevermind the pedigrees - we meet Tess - a dog from Prestatyn - who will be competing for the title 'Scruffts Family Crossbreed of the Year'.
