A special edition of Country Focus as farmers across Britain brace themselves for another outbreak of foot and mouth. Sixty cattle have been slaughtered on the farm in Surrey - where an exclusion zone has been put in place. A countrywide ban on the movement of all livestock was immediately brought in.
