Reactivity of the alkali metals with air and water to produce hydroxides.

Demonstration of the properties of the alkali metals. Shows the reactivity of lithium, sodium and potassium with air and the reaction of all five Group 1 metals (i.e. lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium and caesium) with water - these chemical reactions produce hydroxides.
