There's a young fella on the platform at Pebworth Halt. "Where bist thee orf to then?" He said, "I gonna Asum. Gonna see the news at the Clifton," he said. He said, "Joe Louis' fight's on . . . and Tommy Farr". Away he goes and timp the days after he was on the other platform, you know um. He said, "Where bist you off now then?" He said, "I'm gonna Stratford", he says, "to see the Joe Louis fight". He said, "What the hell for? Thee seen it once". He said, "I reckon Far'll whack him this time".
